MASS Online Launches to the MASS Comm Partners

In an effort to provide its Partners with the latest sales tools, resources and training guides, MASS Communications has developed a unique approach towards instantaneous feedback and online access.  Welcome to MASS Online.  A tool developed to suit the needs of Partners everywhere.  MASS Online will be used by the Partners to have a resource center for training and new acquisitions.  Together, MASS and its Partners will be able to provide the latest tools and most advanced technologies to its customers.  MASS Online will help facilitate the ever growing need for advanced infrastructure to support the organization by offering an online forum as a common workspace.  All Partners are welcome to view the functional tutorial located at MASS University.  Chief Information Officer, David Schwed stated, “the need for immediate online access and information is imperative for optimal performance in any company.  MASS has been able to roll out MASS Online to suit the needs of all Partners.  Our team has put together the latest and greatest access tools.  I am extremely excited to be able to offer these high level tools to our team.”

Sound Communications Group and MASS Communications announced a strategic partnership to expand each company’s products and services to further serve their customers.  MASS Communications’ Risk Management practice has selected Sound Communications Group’s InfoPlus® PBX Security and Compliance product as its PBX audit solution.   “This unique and revolutionary product is a perfect addition to our existing Risk Management suite of products and services,” said David Schwed, CIO, MASS Communications.   Sound Communications Group has selected MASS Communications as its exclusive carrier of voice and data services.

MASS Communications opens markets in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and California

(New York, NY) In continuing with the vision of MASS Communications, new markets will be opened in the States of New Jersey, California, Connecticut, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The full product set offered by MASS will be available to these regions.

MASS Communications opens office in New York City

(New York, NY) MASS Communications a telecom provider dedicated to customer service is opening a branch office in New York City. The office located at 65 Broadway in New York City opens on April 1, 2008. The new location is a critical component in MASS Communication’s nationwide growth.

MASS Communications provides voice, data, risk management and networking solutions for businesses who desire above and beyond, support, quality and reliability.
